There are many parts of our selves - emotional, spiritual, physical, and cognitive. If any one part should fall out of balance, it negatively impacts our whole being.

About My Practice

My treatment focuses on building healthy coping skills, and includes the use of mindfulness and relaxation techniques. I have worked actively in the field of psychotherapy since 2001, with a primary approach based on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). I specialize in trauma treatment using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidenced-based approach.
